STAGE 2 - currently under designers construction
Includes the 5-Star Community Centre which will begin after stage 1 is completed.  The Community Centre will provide Kitchen Facilities/Cafe/Restaurant, large lounge for relaxing & entertaining or village functions, latest TV technology, gym, library, hobby/blokes room, pool table, hairdressing facility, heated swimming pool, spa pool, and a bowling green.  Once the community centre is built a large range of recreational activities will be running. To be built once Stage 1 is close to completion.

Stage 3
Includes approximately eighty-two 2 and 3 bedroom Self Contained Villas and approximately 80 Apartments and will commence soon after Stage 2.  At this stage the apartments will be serviced, this will include catering for people who may require extra assistance to enable them to retain their independence.
